Great atmosphere, excellent facials, very knowledgeable and fun nutritionists, lots of information, and (most importantly) the best nurses and doctor for "Anti-aging" treatments. I had very specific objectives and I'm thrilled, thrilled, thrilled with my results after a just a couple months. They've taken 10 years off of me - I'm going for another 5...I want to look 25 again : )

Pros: Services, Products, Results

Cons: Not easy to find the first time....but worth it!

I haven't been to a spa for almost a year (I got tired of the attitude, boring facials, mediocre massages and so-so results). But after having a baby and taking a look at my face - realized I was way, way over-due. After doing some searches I selected Pure Aesthetics and must say that I have never been treated so well anywhere....ever! Everyone was warm, friendly, welcoming and casual. Because of the baby I requested a custom facial with natural/organic products....No problem. I asked the same for the body massage....No problem. No pressure, No snobby attitude and after 2 facials and a few massages (that I love!) my skin is looking great and I'm feeling very happy that I'm taking care of me again. Go......See for yourself! Ask about their Pure & Natural products (best kept secret).

Cons: Not easy to find the first time - call for directions.

I have been to many spa's and have had many full body treatments and facials. For the last year or so, I have had the pleasure of attending one of the finest spa's that CA has to offer. This spa is beautiful, tranquil and extremely clean. The staff is very professional/courteous and the owner is on site to ensure that the spa has exceeded your expectations and to answer any questions you may have. I was very impressed with the diagnostics available at this spa and have had my treatments tailored to meet my individual needs. I recommend this spa to anyone who truly cares about having an overall amazing spa experience. I rate this spa an A+.

You have got to try it for yourself! - I have never felt so relaxed, pampered & happy anywhere - OK....I did have 2 treatments. I had their vitamin body scrub and an oxygen facial (check out their Summer Specials for discounts!!!) and LOVED THEM !!!!!! I also got a great skin diagnostic that gave me more info than my Dermatologist gives me (loved it). I rarely rave... but I do highly recommend them and will go back my self again and again. Hint: Other reviews were right.... Not easy to find the first time (Map Quest got it wrong) so call them for directions.

I've been a client since Pure Aesthetics/Pure Wellness for the past 6 months and they have changed my life, confidence and how I feel when I look in the mirror everyday. With very severe adult acne I've tried Dermatologists and several acne treatment products with no success for the past 4 years. I have never written a review but feel my experience and results are worth writing about. They are amazing, knowledgeable and experts in both skincare and wellness. I have now found that my acne can be managed without the chemicals and medication every Dermatologist wanted to put me on. Their nutritionists have provided natural solutions, their facialists have rejuvenated & cleared my skin and I think there isn't a better place to go. The best Med Spa/Day Spa in my book.

From the moment I got off the elevator, I forgot all about the city noise, traffic, work, etc etc.... It was blissful! My experience here was phenomenal. I was treated like a queen (as I should be). My skin feels great. Between the beautiful decor and the welcoming staff, I had to come back for more. ... and I did! The second (and third) time were consistently wonderful experiences and I feel and look younger than I have in years! Thank you, PAPW for pampering me and making me feel fabulous!

Last fall I purchased a package of three facials and an add-on microdermabrasion. I had the first two facials within a month. In between, I was diagnosed with throat cancer. I ended up going to New York for surgery and treatment and was pretty much out of it for six months. Recently I received a promotional mailing from them which sparked my memory about the remaining facial and micro. When I called today to make an appointment, I happened to speak with the owner Anastasia who said since it had been a year (in reality ten months) since I bought the package, it had expired. She said she was willing to give me a discount. But I'd have to purchase a whole new facial and micro. I told her about the extenuating circumstances of my cancer thinking she would be sympathetic. Not only did she not ask me if I were OK now, but she went on about their policy and actually made the point that if she didn't charge me, it would be "unfair" to the rest of the clients who were paying full price - like they would even know. Then she proceeded to argue with me about whether I had used the add on micro during my second treatment or not. (I did not.) So she said she'd have to research it and call me back. When she did, I told her I would be willing to pay the difference between the 20% discount I received and the full price, but I was not going to pay again for a service that I had already paid for. I said I couldn't believe that as a business owner she was going to risk losing the business of someone who could be a regular customer for just $80. When she still wouldn't bend and told me she was going to put me on hold again, I hung up. Bottom line: the facials were adequate, nothing special. But businesses are run by human beings. And there is just something missing in this business owner's sense of humanity. P.S. I just found out expiration dates are illegal under California law.

all the review are 100% right! what a great experience. but the best kept secret is the best brow shaper in l.a. waxing, tweezing or threading Soraya is the woman to see for your eyebrows. best. best. best.

I had the BEST experience but can best express this in my 1st language (french). In English - I give 5 stars and say this is my favorite Spa and my new place to go. In French - Juste pour te dire que je suis allee au spa Pure Aesthetics-Pure Wellness et bien sur c'etait genial, les soins sont vraiment supers et j'ai vu aussi la nutritionniste qui a ete tres bien. J'ai deja pris rendrez-vous pour mon ami au mois d'aout quand nous allons rentrer de France. Exceptional.
