Cloolest limo!

I have used Elegant limo for my birthday and also recommended it for a friends bachelor party. We had the coolest limo and party bus at the best deals too after shopping around no one could beat the prices we got from Elegant. I would recommended to anyone who's looking to roll in style!

I have used elegant limo inc for airport transportation many times and the driver is always ontime, car is clean and best of all they have Wi Fi in there cars and i love it.

Our night was better than we could have expected. The party bus was beautiful, attendants thoughtful and courteous, and the driver made us feel safe and secure so all of us were able to just enjoy the ride. I am writing this review because for the first time in a long time I received top quality service and would like to comment Elegant Limousine for the outstanding service they provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service that is often so hard to find.

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!

I had an absolutely flawless experience with Elegant Limousine!! Donna was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, prompt, and accommodating throughout my entire experience. She made me feel valued as a customer, and her transparency on every detail of the contract put my mind at ease. No surprises, just supreme service and a fabulous limo!

Our driver, Doug, was punctual, cheerful, friendly, and accommodating!! We were out in Seattle celebrating a birthday, and we really wanted to cruise the city and stop at a few hot spots. He gave us a perfectly timed tour of the city, and he did it with a big smile. He cleaned the limo for us, and stocked it up with extra ice and a cooler. Between the gorgeous Cadillac Escalade limo, and Doug we had SO much fun! And when it was all over, there were no surprises on the final bill.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Elegant Limousine. You won't find a friendlier crew, a more stress-free experience, or a more beautiful limo! Excellent service the entire way through!

5 STAR SERVICE

WOW! The service provided by Elegant Limousines during our recent family vacation was superb. Both drivers were prompt, courteous and friendly. We got exactly where we needed to be ahead of schedule. I was cautious making a reservation online with a company I had no knowledge of, but all my concerns were eliminated. I would highly recommend Elegant Limousines to anyone requiring transportation in the Seattle area.

My family were most surprised to see the liveried driver waiting for us at the airport. He helped collect the bags, and escorted us out to the waiting limousine. Even my wife was delightfully surprised! The kids are still talking about it.

Great Experience

Driver no-showed.

I had a 4:45 am pick up for a 6:30 am flight. The driver did not call, and did not show. I called the car service to inquire regarding the ride, (the limo was overdue, there were five of us- and I had personally made the arrangement), and got an excuse.

I piled everyone/everything into my car and drove to the airport. You hire a car service to avoid hassels- this was a disaster. The only job of a car service / driver is to show up and safely get people to their destination. Failure to show up - is complete failure. If your time is valuable to you, (or making your flight is of any importance), I'd use someone else.

Do not go with these guys

They misquoted me from $115.00 plus tax round trip, and the bill was $267.00. He told me he didn't need customers like me when I called them. I said I would go to my credit card and deny the charge. They were also late in picking my daughter up, which he denied even though I was on the phone with here when they arrived. He was not nice to me in any way and was even told I couldn't get this kind of service anywhere else.

I might not know how much cabs and taxis are (which he told me I didn't) duh, that's why I called them. But I do know I double checked the price on two seperate occasions. I watched my back. Get everything in writing from these guys if you think you might want to use them.

Nice Way To Save Money? How can you be misquoted for a 50 mile ride in Cadiilac Escalade for 5 passengers . Even a filthy Cab cost $2.50 per mile in Seattle and you can only seat 4 passengers. It was 100 miles round trip. You were very clearly quoted $ 115 each way not for the round trip. Can you please tell us where can you get a 50 mile ride for 57.50?
