I was having a really hard time finding a good home for my family. I heard from Glen through a good friend of mine. Glen was very quick , and researched a great amount of time to find me a good home with no qualm. He began by showing my some new built homes, and was looking for a house that was a little more older. He found me my dream home in Leschi, and I just love it !!!! Thank you so much Glen, for the great efforts in helping me. I know it is hard to find a good agent, so I recommend you call Glen and ask him to help you out !!!!! He is awsome.

I was having such hard time looking for an agent. I came on citysearch and found glen. He was quick to respond to my phone call and we actually met up the day I called him. IT WAS A SUNDAY mind you. He was great, percise, and intelligent. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone who has good network with finance folks and can get you a great interest rate. I also got a my HOME owner do's paid for a year. He works hard but at the end you will be happy. THANK YOU GELN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I met Glen, he was very professional. He played a huge role in my transaction. He was really on top of everything and took good care of me. I bought a gorgous home in Medrona, all thanks to the help of the loan officer he found me who got me a really good interest rate. Theres really a lot thanks to Glen from me ! ps. thanks for the many coffees and enjoyed the ride in his Mercedes !

When my husband and I were looking for our first home, we were overwhelmed. After finding Glen everything changed. Glen is not only knowledgeable, but personable as well. He was so patient and understanding and we are so glad to have found him. Glen made finding a home easy and even fun. With all the choices in real estate these days it is so important to have someone you can trust and that you know is working for you. Glen is that person!

I found Glen Williams when I was going through downtown seattle, and found his office condo compare. I went in there and Glen greeted me with a professional hand shake and offered me some tea. He took his time and listened to me and wrote everything down. He asked me where I wanted to buy and what I was looking for. He was really relaxed and wasn't pushy like other real estate agents I had met in the past. He is a wonderful guy and really takes his time. He went above and beyond to find me the best house in Madrona. He took his time for getting me the best deal in seattle , and also hooked me up with the best loan officer. He is full of information .. !!!Dig his BRAIN !!! All and all I had a great experience with Glen and also a fun time above all.

Pros: Very patient and listened to me and my needs .. thank you

Cons: Can be a little busy , but always returned my calls right away

Glen really is a GREAT AGENT!! When I met him, he looks so nice I really didn't think he was cut out for the Real Estate field. LOL I was wrong. I have never seen a more aggressive person in Real Estate. He isn't just aggressive, he is clever and smart when talking with other agents. I am still impressed even though our home closed a month ago. Great agent and cool guy.

Pros: He WORKS FOR YOU!!!!!!!

Cons: Can't think of any.

Glenn Williams is one of a kind real estate agent. I was in desprate need of having someone help me find a condo for my mother. My mom was given 30 days to move out of her apartment in Bellevue, because they were converting them into condos. Out of his good heart, he took immediate action to get my mother into a condo. I called Glenn, and he was very pleasent on the phone and professional. I knew from that point that him and I would get along well.. He seemed to know a lot about his job, which made me really happy. He seemed confident and skilled. I have encountered a lot of bad real estate agents out there, and Glenn being the best one and the most educated in his field. He is truly a wonderful and charming human ! He was so so so , I mean unbelievably kind. He drove me around in his beautiful Mercedes Benz , at times for 8 hours in a row to look for my mom's condo. I want to express to anyone out there who is looking for a place, please be cautious of who you deal with, because there are so many scammers out there. Glenn puts all of his attention into any deal he works with, and I could feel that he did for us. He worked so hard on getting my mom the best price and interest rate. He even got all of her closing COSTS PAID FOR by the seller (also new windows and hot water heaters) He made sure that the inspector caught every little thing before the purchase was complete. WOW what a deal breaker that was for my mother... He can also send you to one of his lenders who can process the loan and pre-approval documents in a timely manner. I was so pleased with his service and professional attitude. The thought of having an honest real estate agent means so much to me and my mother, because Glenn was great to me and above all got me a brand new fridge as a gift !!!!! Dont look any further call Glenn and let him work his magic with his talents as one of the leading real estate agents in the state of Washington ! Thank you GLENN !!!!!!!

Pros: Got my closing costs paid for and negotiated like a bulldog
