Glenn Williams is one of a kind real estate agent. I was in desprate need of having someone help me find a condo for my mother. My mom was given 30 days to move out of her apartment in Bellevue, because they were converting them into condos. Out of his good heart, he took immediate action to get my mother into a condo. I called Glenn, and he was very pleasent on the phone and professional. I knew from that point that him and I would get along well.. He seemed to know a lot about his job, which made me really happy. He seemed confident and skilled. I have encountered a lot of bad real estate agents out there, and Glenn being the best one and the most educated in his field. He is truly a wonderful and charming human ! He was so so so , I mean unbelievably kind. He drove me around in his beautiful Mercedes Benz , at times for 8 hours in a row to look for my mom's condo. I want to express to anyone out there who is looking for a place, please be cautious of who you deal with, because there are so many scammers out there. Glenn puts all of his attention into any deal he works with, and I could feel that he did for us. He worked so hard on getting my mom the best price and interest rate. He even got all of her closing COSTS PAID FOR by the seller (also new windows and hot water heaters) He made sure that the inspector caught every little thing before the purchase was complete. WOW what a deal breaker that was for my mother... He can also send you to one of his lenders who can process the loan and pre-approval documents in a timely manner. I was so pleased with his service and professional attitude. The thought of having an honest real estate agent means so much to me and my mother, because Glenn was great to me and above all got me a brand new fridge as a gift !!!!! Dont look any further call Glenn and let him work his magic with his talents as one of the leading real estate agents in the state of Washington ! Thank you GLENN !!!!!!!
