I used to go to Desert Sun about 5 minutes from my house but now that I've found Nikki Beach, I'm willing to drive 15 minutes extra. For one, the facilities are great- the beds are new, the store is welcoming and parking at Loehmann's Plaza is convenient/free. But most importantly, the customer service is excellent! The front desk staff is always very welcoming, friendly and unpretentious. Julie, the proprietor, is AMAZING and so down to earth. And unlike other tanning places I've visited, I've never felt pressured to purchase tanning packages. I recommend Nikki beach to all of my girlfriends! Okay, and to my image-conscious guy friends too. :)
