I highly recommend Charlie at The Loft. He is a master hair designer, great at cuts and color. He is open to my ideas and is willing to suggest his own as well. I love what he does with my hair. Beautiful artwork by Jonny Bean is a pleasure to enjoy in this new salon in the University District. I always look forward to my appointments with Charlie. Schedule a time - you won't be disappointed.

I got a cut and color from Charlie and I love it! I'd had long hair down to my waist for years and was ready for a change. Charlie listened to what I wanted, then threw in his own suggestions and I'm so glad I listened to him! My husband loved my new hairstyle too, which is a absolute bonus! The atmosphere of the salon is is also enhanced by the beautiful photography by Jonny Bean. I'd definitely recommend Charlie and the Loft to anyone who wants a great cut and is ready for a new experience!

This is, hands down, the best salon in Seattle. Even when I don't know what will look good, the master haircutters here do! I am assured many, many compliments every time I leave. I have never been so happy with my hair.

I have been to some of the most expensive salons in Seattle on the Eastside, but Charlie is the best. He does amazing cuts and colors. I love my hair and would definitely recommend him to anyone. The Loft salon and gallery is warm and welcoming. The pictures are beautiful and inspiring. For an amazing hair cut in a peaceful and serene setting definitely get your hair done at The Loft.

I have been going to Charlie for years and have followed him f aithfully from salon to salon and am so happy for him to have opened his own salon. I have recommended Charlie to many friends who were very satisified with his ability to style, color and cut their hair to fit their lifestyle and personalities. I have the utmost confidence in Charlies ability to make my hair looks it best. I feel confident enough to let him do what ever he pleases, wether it is a color change or style change or both it always looks amazing! I highly recommend Charlie.The Loft is a very relaxing, open setting with beautiful photographs on the wall.

This is a great location, very easy to park and the salon itself is warm and inviting. The atmosphere makes you feel comfortable like you are in your own home with all the stunning art on the walls. Charlie has been doing my hair for many years and I would follow him to any salon but I am thrilled that he opened his own! Always look forward to my appointments!

Charlie has been doing my hair for years. I've been following him around like a puppy dog to various salons in the greater Seattle area, so when he finally opened his own salon I was thrilled! I love the location. It's right on Roosevelt with tons of street parking and lots of shops and restaurants near by. The salon is quite large, but still feels very warm and cozy with the brown walls and dark wood and green plants. The beautiful artwork on the wall is by John Bean, a great photographer. I would highly recommend this salon if you're looking for an awesome haircut and perfect color by a seasoned professional. Charlie has been doing hair for 20+ years. He knows his stuff. If you are in a rut and want someone who knows what kind of cut and what color will look best on you, then Charlie is your man. Here you get the expertise without the attitude. Try The Loft Salon. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
