Great location, horrible experience

2nd time we've given Whym a chance and it failed (both times). On our second visit we arrived around midnight. It wasn't very busy but we sat in the bar (where there were a total of 5 other people also sitting in the bar). We ordered our food and drinks. It took a long time to receive our drinks and over 40 minutes to receive our meal. After the table next to us received their food, the waiter came out to tell us he was in the back cooking because they were busy. Where were all these people they were cooking for because the restaurant wasn't very full. When the food did come they did not bring any silverware or napkins, nor did they offer condiments for our fries. The one good thing is the waiter did appologize and discounted our bill for the delay. Still, if they want to stay open they'll need to pick up the pace and improve on their menu. The fries were soggy and the hamberger was way undercooked.
