Excellent Trainers, Facilities and RESULTS

I have been working out with Quinton for the past five months and have noticed major results. He is the most dedicated and hands on trainer I have ever worked with. He is always pre-planned with a new work out for the day and he is with you through each set to make sure it is done correctly. That is how all the trainers at Excellent Training are. They are all in tune with their clients and always have a smile on their faces. Part of personal training is being comfortable in the actual setting and connecting with your trainer. There are not one million people around watching you. For me I tend to have the place all to myself. I would give this place and team the highest ratings and recommendation.

Quentin the miracle worker

I was hesitant at first to commit to a work out program. I was never a fan of the competitive,meat-market vibe, of your average gym. What I encountered at Excellence Health and fitness was such a pleasant surprise! The gym itself is so comfortable and approachable, regardless of whatever your fitness level is. I worked with Quentin West, and I can honestly say I saw immediate results in muscle tone and my stamina. He considered what I felt my problem areas are, as well as types of exercise I actually enjoy. Quentin is an excellent motivator, and I was so impressed with his vast knowledge of nutrition and how the human body works! The trainers there are genuinely invested in your progress. I have referred so many friends and family and am really excited for the new classes that are about to start. I highly recommend any one who wants to change their body, or their general well being to get in there asap!!

The Best!

I had an extremely postive experience training with Quentin at Excellence. The facility has everything you need minus all the people traffic you find at conventional gyms. The locations is also great; plenty of parking. Quentin is by far the best trainer I have ever worked out with. He's patient, he listens and most importantly he kicks my butt and keeps me motivated! The hour long sessions absolutely fly by but by the end my arms and leg feel like jelly. He's professional, very informative and clearly knows what he's doing. I would definitely recommend Excellence and Quentin to wide range of people; from someone who's never worked out to someone training for a triathlon. He's the best!
Great for first timers!

To start with, Excellence is convienently located and parking is easy to find. Once you are there you get a friendly personalized sesion, and practically have the place to yourself. As one who hadn't habtually worked out before, I got the motivation and structure I needed in order to stick with it. The sessions are different everytime and I always walk out feeling my personal progress. I have always worked with Q and wouldn't have it any other way- he is easy to work with and makes it fun while pushing you to challenge yourself. I would recommend him no matter what your personal fitness goals are!
A gym for all types of people!

I've now been working with Quinton at Excellence Health and Fitness for 2 years now and I can't see finding a better gym environment or training professional anywhere. From day one he made me feel comfortable while pushing me to my physical limits. In the past, I had always tried to reach my personal fitness goals while working around my chronic back issues. It was easy to fall into a rut where the routines were stagnant and I knew at that point I needed a fresh perspective with a trainer who could jumpstart my regimen. Quinton immediately recognized what my back could and could not do and has since created custom training sessions that are always fresh and effective. I've lost 22 lbs since my first day and strengthened my core muscles to point where I have not needed steroidal shots for my acute back pain. Thank you Quinton and Excellence Health for providing a sanctuary for those of us who need more than just a quick sweat. You folks bring a passion and dedication to an aspect of life that is too often overlooked.

Excellence Fitness is the place for Real Results

Having the oppertunity to work with Quentin for the last few years have been productive and educational. He truely evaluiates your lifestyle and body type so you can get the best results. You leave every session looking forward to the next. He is a great motivator and also ejoyable to work with. Excellence Fitness has a great location and is extremly clean which I appreciate. All the trainors, along with the facilities make a great enviroment to get the results your there to get.

Challenging Boot Camp

I have had a chance to workout in the training studio and at the outdoor boot camps. The boot camp is a great way to be outside and do various agility drills, strength training, and speed work. It gets my heart-rate up, gets my body out of it's comfort level, and is far from the monotonous gym workouts. The trainers kept it fun and also pushed me hard in an up-lifting way. Everyone could work at his/her level while still getting pushed to work harder each drill, each time.

Most encouraging trainers

I have never been more motivated and excited to workout since starting at Excellence Fitness. Quentin, Eli, and the entire staff has made me feel welcomed and strong since day one. I can tell that each person working out has an individualized excercise plan and nothing is routine-my body was pushed and pushed as I got stronger and I have felt impowered the whole way. I really enjoy the personal and comfortable setting. The combination of a great staff, quaint atmosphere, and ultimate workout, makes being shape so worth it.

I've been training with Quentin for over a year and love my twice weekly routine. After training for four years at various gyms around downtown, I found Quentin's approach to strength building and incorporation of kickboxing the most physically rewarding and fun to do. My workouts are serious, but the vibe is always lighthearted and fun. What I love most about this gym is the relationship I have with my trainer without the corporate overhead feel of bigger gyms. Quentin is professional and experienced, but also a nice guy who is always flexible and willing to work with my schedule. And this is the best deal I've ever had on sessions! All the trainers here are great people and just fun to hang around with. This place rocks!

Excellence Fitness....The name says it all

Where to even start... Over the years I have worked out with a variety of trainers at the big chain gyms and while they were ok, after awhile I felt the trainers had a lack of knowledge and it often left me frustrated. I started training with Q (Quentin West) in January of 2008 to get ready for my annual March trip to Vegas and here we are over a year later and I really cant imagine not working with him anymore. He consistently pushes me beyond my limits and I couldnt ask for anything more in a trainer. He switches things up all of the time. My workouts are always different which I find to be highly effective and it keeps me coming back. Boredom is something you will never find with him. He is attentive, motivating, consistent, and he continues to keep me on my toes and kick my a** 2-4 times a week. He has a wealth of knowledge and so much experience that I really can't say enough good things about him. You will have to see for yourself. You will not be disappointed and if you are I will pay for your session...LOL All of the other trainers are very friendly and engaging and it's nice to walk into a place and they all know your name and they take notice of your improvements and that feels good. Ok bottom line, get your butt in there and check them out!!!! You will be happy you did.
