Dear Lance: I thank you for your prompt and professional attention to my recent request for repairs. I thank you for sending out Tim with Tim's Refrigeration. Your timely attention to having him contact me while I was out of town was greatly appreciated. He worked with my next door neighbor for access to the house and was very quick about replacing the inside furnace fan motor assembly. Again, thank you for your prompt service. THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERIVCE. THEY'RE STAFF CAN NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS THAT ARE URGENT AND MOST OF THEM DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH . IT'S NO WONDER I NEVER GET ANYTHING FIXED AROUND MY COMPLEX. IT IS VERY HARD TO KEEP MY TENANT’S HAPPY IF THEY CAN'T EVEN GET SERIVCE FOR SIMPLE REPAIRS REQUESTED.

If you need maintenance or anything done, forget it. They never return calls. Even if you leave ten messages, you won't get a call back. One of our neighbor's water lines was flooding our property and they never returned our call to get someone out to fix it. This was just one occasion where we called and didn't recieve a call back. There were many other times.
