Very nice store - clothes are definitely well-made with cool design. Most importantly, the customer service is fantastic. In particular, one sales representative in the store named Mary Cryter, is probably one of the best I have ever come across. She is extremely helpful to me. She went above and beyond to help me locate a T-shirt that I like with my size.
Pros: good design, good service

Last summer (2002) I bought sandals, for $200-300 (I can't recall the price). I wore them 5 times, and eventually, they got to the point that I felt they should be returned to the store for repair. Apparently the straps were made by "gluing" two strips of leather over a layer of nubuck, and eventually, all the straps split. I took them to the store and showed them the problem. It should have been very obvious that I had in fact NOT worn them much, as the soles were hardly worn, and were clearly the ORIGINAL soles, and not replacements. Nonetheless, they said since they were "last season's" shoes, they would not repair them without having to charge me. I feel that in a store like this, they should have accommodated me. It has nothing to do with the money I'd have to pay; it is the PRINCIPLE.
