I've been to Beverly Hills Detailing several times and the one word that fits is consistency. All services are performed perfectly each time I've been there. The staff is very friendly as well. If you live in the neighborhood or are traveling nearby, make a stop here and you and your vehicle will be glad you did.

Dropped my car off in the morning for the works: wash, wax, detail, vaccuum, odor removal, etc. When I arrived after work, the car was waiting for me in a beautiful condition. I felt like I was driving a new car again. Thanks Beverly Hills!

I got my full detail today and specified what I wanted done. Dropped off my car @ 9am and was told it should be ready at 5 or 6pm...Got there 6:30 and they were finishing washing the car....We werent even in a rush and they still didnt do what they were suppose to. We were told they buffer the car, They were suppose to fully wax the car and they only polished it with like a pad and the polish was like in a canister. The job wasnt worth 175$. They do an OKAY job for washing if you go for that but FULL DETAIL isnt worth the price. Its really hard to find a person that knows what they are there doing these days. Next time I go upstate where I use to live to get things done. Living in NY its all Trial and Error and you can be sure I wont be wasting my money on this place again. Plus the seats were still damp! DROPPED OFF THE CAR AT 9AM! WOW! Doesnt seem like the owner watches his employees to see exactly what there doing. Never made any contact with us like to talk to us since we are new customers only at the end. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The dash wasnt even polished and the inside of the door wasnt waxed. If you dont believe on my review. GET A FULL DETAIL and stick around and you'll see exactly what they do and you'll understand.

Pros: Good Comments on this business and they make believe they do a good job

Cons: They dont do what there suppose to do and what you pay for.

Like many people, I've been to dozens of car washes in my lifetime. I must admit that Beverly Hills definitely does the best job. They do it all by hand and they make sure nothing ever gets bent, broken or scratched. My car comes out looking like new every time. Highly Recommended!

This car wash saved me alot of money. Last week I was going to the mall with a friend and her daughter not knowing her daughter gets car sick. Well, half way to the Roosevelt Field Mall and the little one vomitted all over herself, my seats and my floors. Took it to these guys and had my car shampooed (the whole car). They did an AMAZING JOB!! Not only is there no evidence of a sick kid, it looked the way it did when i bought it. The only thing you have to deal with is a little dampness, but the guys advised me to leave the windows open a little so it would air out and once it dried I couldn't believe my eyes. Coffee stains, soda stains, mascara and lipstick - everything came out!! I went back to wash my car there this weekend and it looks great. I didn't wait for the car last time so I didn't realize how thorough they are. My car looks great, would recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: Great Service!

Cons: A little bit of a wait

I brought my car in to get detailed because of a moldy smell. I asked if they steam cleaned the interior, thinking it would destroy any mold, and was told yes. When I got there I was told it was not exactly steam cleaning, but that they used chemicals that would get rid of any mold. They called next day to let me know the car was ready to be picked up. It looked cleaner than I had ever seen it since owning the car. I drove the car home and realized my back and pants were wet. The entire interior was still wet. I was leaving town that afternoon and parked the car. I don't have a garage so I could not leave windows open and I was going out of town for a couple of days. It was summer and hot and when I got back to my car, the windows were so wet on the inside I couldn't see out and the hot weather had made the inside like a chemical jungle. The car stank of cleaners for a month when I had brought it in to get rid of a smell in the first place. If they had just let the car dry before calling me to come get it, I would have been very happy with the job they did.

Pros: Inside sparkled like new

Cons: Didn't let car dry out leading to a month of having to leave windows open due to smell

Protective of your whip? Do scratches make you bonkers? Regularly use a Q-tip to cleanyour car? If so, this is probably the place to come when you have the cash and are just too darned tired to do it yourself. Cars roll out spotless. Waxed if you request. Compressed air to dry. Insides wiped down. Mats washed and vaccumed. I do the windows myself after but it's not necessary - I tend to be overly picky and hate streaks. Pricey - a wash & wax will run you about $40 cash (no credit) plus gratuity which is pricey compared to a tunnel wash. They know they have a unique offering and charge as such. The wait most weekends (but especially after a snowfall and during warm months) can be an :15-:60 on top of the :45 it takes for the service. But if you like your car clean, have the time and fear scratches like me, they'll do a good job. Oh, and Jackson Hole is right next door so you can grab food while waiting.

Pros: Hand wash, hand wax, thorough, inside and outside focus, wash mats, wipe surfaces

Cons: Pricey, wait can be long

$15 for a basic wash may seem like a lot to some, but if you want to preserve your paint job, go to BH detailing center in Elmhurst. They do a great job on my car every time. The only thing you have to be prepared for is the wait as they have a lot of patrons; but when your turn comes up, they take the time needed to make sure your car looks brand new. The best (and one of the few) hand wash car washes in Queens.
