Uno's has officially become the "McDonald's" off pizzeeria chains. The staff they hire are people who've just been released from prison. The food is so not worth the price and the waiters lack class, patience and politeness. This restaurant is more concerned about being "politically correct" instead of hiring the best possible staff to do the job. We swore never to go to this chain ever again!! The location at the South Street Seaport has also degenerated. This used to be an enjoyable place to go, but no more. If you enjoy a place where the people give you attitude, then this is the place for you.
Pros: I didn't get shot.
Cons: Hostile and lazy staff, poor food quality

I mean really, if you're going to be in Forest Hills and you want pizza, I suggest walking the 20 feet down the block to Ariana's or splurge a 'little' bit and go to Nick's on Ascan. Having Uno's in Forest Hills is so degrading. Plus it's dirty there!!! I tried it once for happy hour, I'll never go back, such a mistake. DISGUSTING.
Cons: A major corporate chain that will probably be subsidized by headquarters and remain as a pollutant in Forest Hills, thanks Uno's!
